Length: 28.3 cm, scoop size: 9 x 7.5 x 3 cm. Weight: 156 grams of silver 84 fineness in zolotniki ( = 875 metrical fineness).
There are traces of straightening on one side of the scoop.
Marks:
"СТВ" - the mark with initials of silversmith.
The Russian hallmarks late 19th century, where: "ИС" - the initials of the assay master Spiridonov Ivan (worked since 1873 to 1889); "1888" indicates the year of hallmarking; "84" confirms, that the item is made of silver 84 fineness in zolotniki; "coat of arms of the Riga vicegerency: a stone wall with towers and gates, above which are two keys, a crown and a cross" - an image from the Livland province coat of arms Riga.
