Commemorative wall porcelain plate year 1898

The plate was commissioned by the Artists' Association "November 18" (Kunstnerforeningen af 18. November) -
an association of professional artists, sculptors, architects, musicians, dancers and writers, which was organized
on November 18, 1842 in Copenhagen by 30 young artists.
The goal of the association is "to work in the interests of the artist community at home and abroad,
and to promote personal contacts between artists."
The plate was probably made in connection with some significant event within the community.

Artist: Gottfried Rode (years of life: 1862-1937).
Only 300 copies were produced.

"75" - the number of the artist, painted this plate, worked at the factory since 1898 to 1931.

Height: 3 cm, diameter: 21.3 cm.

No chips, damage and no restorations.
