Porcelain figurine "Pregnant monkey". Hand-painted underglaze. "Monkey" by Pope's catalog. Denmark, Copenhagen, Royal Copenhagen, the 1928-1935. Sculptor: Niels Nielsen (years of life: 1872 - 1921; worked at the factory since 1915 to 1921). Model: 1444. Produced since 1913. The initials of the artist painted this figurine: gw . Factory mark. Height: 12.7 cm. Figurine of the first sort. The figure shows signs of restoration; it was glued together from two halves. Professional restoration is only visible with the use of technical means.
